What clients ask before they order. For anything else, book a fitting call or write to the atelier on WhatsApp.
How long does it take?
Every piece is made to order, by hand: about a week in standard sizes, 1 to 3 weeks made to measure or couture. Shipping then takes about 3 days, insured and tracked.
What if my size is in between?
Choose made to measure for €450 more. We take your measurements on a WhatsApp video call and cut the piece to them.
How do I pay?
By invoice after you order, with a card payment link for orders up to €1,500, or by bank transfer for larger orders and made-to-measure pieces. We start making your piece once it is paid.
Can I return it?
Standard sizes can be returned within 14 days. Made-to-measure pieces are cut for you, so instead your first alteration is free.
Do you ship to me?
Yes, worldwide. Shipping is €25 in the EU and €45 elsewhere, free on orders from €1,500. Every parcel is insured and tracked, and arrives in about 3 days. Duties and taxes are included.
Can I change the colour or the cloth?
Yes. Ask on WhatsApp or book a fitting call, and we will price it for you before anything is made.
Can I follow my order?
Yes. Reply to your confirmation email and the atelier will tell you where it is.
